Cafe Visit: Summerhouse Community Farm
Join us for a special Good Things Collective trip made to Dewlay Cheese Farm in Garstang — a chance to get behind the scenes, meet the people making the cheese, and explore where one of our favourite foods comes from.
We’ll take a tour of the farm and cheesemaking process, hear more about the story of Dewlay and their approach to making Lancashire cheese, and of course there’ll be cheese tasting !
As part of our ongoing exploration of food, land, making and community as we develop the Good Things Cafe, this is a chance to get curious about the journey from pasture to plate and to share some good food and conversation.
