Hey everyone, I came across an article from Get It Cleaned about how much landlords can raise rent in the UK for 2025, and it’s got me a bit worried. It says there’s no strict cap on rent increases for private landlords, but there are rules they have to follow, like giving proper notice. I’m renting a flat in London, and my landlord just mentioned they might raise the rent soon. Has anyone dealt with this? What’s a reasonable increase to expect?
