What’s the 4Elements Company all about anyway?

Excellent question. We don’t necessarily fit the picture many folk have of Collective members: our medium isn’t sculpture, or sewing, or any of the many other media used by the fabulously creative Good Things members. Our medium is humans.
Bear with me - it’s not as weird as it sounds!
Primarily working with qualified Massage therapists (although increasingly there are opportunities for non-therapists too) we share the knowledge and tools we’ve tried, tested and now trust to live in a way which is Zero Strain, based on Community, enabling Trauma-informed Resilience Building, and developing powerful Therapeutic Communication skills.
Well done if you guessed it: those bold and italic items are the four elements of 4Elements.

As you can appreciate, I could talk for days about all the different aspects of what we do, but the one underpinning focus is simple: Zero Strain. In particular for therapists: our Zero Strain Massage: Full Body 3-day course.
The painful reality of the Massage industry is that upwards of 70% of practicing therapists are showing signs of work-related injury. READ MORE!
In pretty much any other industry the Health & Safety crew would be having an absolute field day with this - and yet somehow it’s accepted as “normal” by many therapists. The end result of that is Massage careers are shortened, meaning fewer long-term, experienced therapists to guide clients through what can be a powerful addition to your overall health & wellbeing.
And that’s without getting into specific issues, be they physical, mental, energetic, emotional or even spiritual. Trust me, I don’t use these terms lightly - I’ve seen the impact of the right touch on hundreds if not thousands of clients.
Maybe you’ve never had a Massage. Maybe you never want a Massage. But if you’re reading this I’d hazard a guess that you’re pretty keen on making the world a better place - and Touch is a phenomenal tool for that. So if you know a Massage therapist (local or otherwise), it would be ace if you could share this article, or even just this link, with them: the4elementscompany.com/zero-strain-massage
